Speaker 1:

Hey guys, hope you're doing well this week. Just wanted to have a little bit of a continuation from last week's podcast about talking about challenges being up and down. This week it's about being present, having faith and also not worried, and you're probably saying what does this all have to do with business? Worried, and you're probably saying what does this all have to do with business? If you've got a lot of stuff going on and you have challenges, at some point you run into these issues where you lose faith in can you get the job done. You lose faith in God. You're nervous and anxious about making sure that the project gets to the finish line in time. That's really.

Speaker 1:

What is bothering me is just simply that is, can this project get to the finish line in time and make everything work? Bus is a good way to describe it. It just seems like there's a disconnect at times, and the way I know to best handle that is clear and concise communication, and yesterday I would say that was lacking somewhat on my part, but other parties. So I'm going to get that rectified this morning. We're going to get it taken care of. What I want to see more out of myself than anything else is having the faith. That's what really comes to my mind Having faith in God, and this is going to work through. I've come this far, we're going all the way and we'll get it done. It just seems like every obstacle is being thrown in our road, in our path, and I don't know what to do. Every single time, nothing surprises me on the challenges that we're seeing on a daily basis, and the only way I know how to really describe it is okay, here comes another one and we're going to resolve it. But it also feels like I have to continue to do this and push and push.

Speaker 1:

When is there something that I'm missing in the process? Is there something I'm missing in what needs to be done to ensure that we bring the project to the finish line? And I'm. That's where I'm questioning myself is did I have I missed something? Am I not asking the right questions? Am I not digging into the right issues? I don't know, because, as it stands today, I'm dumbfounded about. Did I miss anything? So I'm going to go ask the questions what am I missing? What can we do to get better on this and what can we do to rectify this problem, because otherwise it's going to become a bigger issue than it really needs to be. We're challenged every single day. It's just a matter of how many challenges can you take on at once effectively and be able to get through them all, and that's where I'm at. Right now is I'm trying to figure out how can I effectively take on as many challenges I can without losing my mind, but also ensuring that we're getting the challenge resolved into the finish line and learning from them, but also applying them to a process, to where we do not have the same challenges again. That's where I'm a.

Speaker 1:

There's a lot of unknowns in this and I know that's not a good thing to say this late in the game, but there are some unknowns. I have some question marks and I need to get those questions answered. Where do I go with this? Keep pushing forward, being consistent and persistent and I know, guys, I'm not upbeat like I normally am. It's just last night I didn't sleep well. There's a lot of things on my mind and making sure that this all happens and comes together is my number one priority. But it also feels like it's out of my hands, like I don't control it. I can't. I guess the best way to describe it would be I can't truly influence it all the way, but I can really help and push things through, but in the end, I don't have the final say in this. All I can do is make sure that I've got the right players on the team and they're doing what they're supposed to do, so we will make sure that gets done. We're going to get this on the roadmap. We're going to get this on the track of completion and get it to the finish line on time, hopefully next week.

Speaker 1:

I've got a really strong update for you guys. I need to really recalibrate my mindset and make sure that we get right. How does this all play out? It plays out in business. It plays out in our personal lives.

Speaker 1:

Life is not a bunch of roses. It's not peachy. We all know that. We all go through storms. It's a matter of what you do with those storms. Do you grow from them? Do you give up? Do you move forward? Do you push through? There's just so many things you can look at. The biggest things for storms is can we grow, can we learn from those storms, apply them to our lives and then share it with others? That's the biggest thing. Share it with others so they don't make the same mistakes you did. Yes, we're going to get through this. Yes, we're going to push through. I will give you guys an update next week. Let's see where it goes. We are going to have faith and it's going to move forward. We're going to get it to the finish line and we're going to make stuff happen. All right, guys. Hope you guys have a great week, stay safe, stay healthy. I'll see you guys on the other side.
